What an ugly game. I don't wanna put the whole blame on Grossman but I think the defense didn't really do its job. Then again, it may be because the Colts did a good job running the ball. Congrats to both teams. Manning has really silenced his critics once and for all. Bob Sanders for super bowl MVP I bet.

I don't know that the game was ugly rather sloppy because of the weather.

The Colts offensive game plan was bad to start but it paid off. I would have spread the Bears out more and then gone with the short passing game a bit more.

Rex was Gross, man. The Int returned for a TD was a bad decision on his part. You knew after sitting all that time he'd eventually force it.

Kelvin Hayden (the DB who ran Rex's bad decision back) s/b MVP IMO.

I didn't think the game was all that ugly. There were a lot of turnovers, but I would put a lot of that on the weather conditions...

What is even worse is that Deion Sanders and a few other people are already calling Manning the best QB of all time. Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw, Tom Brady, Troy Aikman, Dan Marino? Hell no. Peyton has ONE Super Bowl win and he is God now.

The fact that they gave Manning Superbowl MVP honors is a joke. He had an average game at best. This game was won by the running game and the defense. Joseph Addai should have gotten the award for his 20 carries and 10 catches.

But the worst part is, I predicted they'd give him the MVP award mid way through the third quarter. It's all part of the hype machine that is Peyton Manning.

The real honor should have gone to the Colts OL, but that will never happen.

Congrats goes out to the Colts, big time. Definitely a team effort.

I'm proud of myself though too, lol. I predicted a 27-17 win by the Colts and I was only two points off. Also, my buddies and I had a thing going on to pick one player that will unexpectedly have a huge game for either team. My pick was Dominic Rhodes and out of the 8 people in our group, I was the only one that picked him. Haha.. good stuff, good stuff.

they should have split the MVP award between both of the Colt running backs. Both of those guys played just as well as each other and were the difference in this game. Peyton was awarded MVP for having an average performance, much like Tom Brady's first MVP which he shouldn't have gotten.

Best play of the game = Bob Sanders' hit on Cedric Benson

Exactly Manning has an average game and that's what puts him over the top as the best qb ever? A complete joke, he is among the greatest and he deserves to be respected, but calm down, he's not the only great player.
