QUOTE

With conjecture growing that Kobe Bryant might be traded, perhaps even before the Rockets open the season Oct. 30 in Los Angeles against the Lakers, the Rockets' opinions were divided between shock that Bryant could be traded and the assumption anyone could.
"If they trade Kobe, man, that's really a sad story," Tracy McGrady said. "He's the great player in our league. He has accomplished so much out there for them; just hate to see something like that end."
Bonzi Wells, however, said he has not given it much thought, but would not be surprised to see anyone dealt.
"I don't really care," Wells said. "It's not my business. I play for the Rockets. If he came here, that's when it would be my business.
"Everybody's tradeable."

Source: Houston Chron

How about Tracy McGrady for Kobe Bryant? hahaha..I would take that trade in a heartbeat.
In reality though, remember a few years ago when everyone was debating who was better Kobe or Tracy? For some reason this thread made me think of that.

How about T-Mac in his Orlando days??? I reckon he was better than Kobe back then. Better than the Current Kobe? It's hard to judge

He's not even close to Kobe now. Before 06, I truly believeT-Mac was the most talented and the most skilled player in the league.

back in his Orlando days and maybe even his first season here you could make an argument for Tmac > Kobe, but the back injury has affected Tracy's game so much and Kobe is just a beast so it's not even close imo...................I doubt Kobe's going anywhere though....no one wants to give up their entire team for him, and L.A. isn't giving him up for garbage either....Kobe will be playing "against" the rockets on opening night.
