Good Move, Al Did it the right way, he played, he showed why he deserved a bonus and extension. Screw Javon Walker and Mike Mckenzie, Go Driver and Harris!

Yeah I think the Packers are sending a message. We'll pay you but do it the right way. Come to us and act professional instead of going on ESPN, Jim Rome Show, making threats. Driver and Harris handled the situation better than Walker or McKenzie and that's why they got their deals done. I hope the Packers get Nick Barnett signed long term now.

Barnett Probably wont get one done till the end of the season, his contract wont expire till then. I'd like to see him signed ASAP though myself!

Next Given Jenkins and Green the Money!

I'm going to agree with a Bears fan about a Packer player.

Giving Green a big deal would be a mistake and to risky. RB's who turn 30 really start to go down hill. Green had a good year but not good enough to warrant a big time contract. I think a 1 or 2 year deal with incentives and maybe 1 to 2 mil in bonuses would be fair but nothing extreme.

Yea I didn't mean break the bank on him, but I think an extension is in order, I'd like to see him retire a packer [IMG]
