According to Rocky Mountain News and Realgm.com Denver Nuggets guard J.R. Smith ran afoul of the law by pouring champagne on a woman at a nightclub, then briefly apologizing before spitting on her, shoving her and tearing her dress, court records show. Giving his recent track record and Kidd offcourt issues I seriously doubt Nets management would even consideraccuriring him.

Him and Kidd could go out party! It'd be crazy, there'd be reports of female harrassment/abuse everywhere. Who wouldn't love to see that??

Keep him away from my team. History of fighting on the court, off-court issues, and battles with coaches..Yeah, want no part of it. He ain't that talented. We already have a troubled pack with both Williams, with Magloire having issues in the past too. We can't babysit all these guys.
