We all knowMalik Allen has more or less made the team, so now its down to Darell Armstrong, Robert Hite, Eddie Gill andMateen Cleaves.

Darell Armstrong, is the clear fan favorite but his foot injury, is questionable

Robert Hite, I like his energy

EddieGill has been impressive as a back up roll

    Cleaves is a gonna

I'd expect Armstrong to stay. If for some freak reason it isn't him, it'll be Hite or no one.

I'd be surprised if it was anyone but Armstrong that made the tem.

I'm pretty sure Armstrong will make the team, it's pretty much between him and Hite. Even at that, it's really a no-brainer.

The only way Darrell is cut is if his foot injury is worse than we've been told. Eddie Gill hasn't done anything to give us reason to keep him over DA. Hite is talented but we need a backup PG. Mile and BRob will be holding down the inactive list.

Not really much surprises out there. The only ones would be if we are able to clear out some bodies like Ilic or Robinson to create room for Hite. Marcus going down hurt his chances.

my guess is that hite unfortunatly will be the odd man out at the end of the day the roster should look like this

    kidd/marcus/da

    vc/wright

    rj/boki/b-rob

    collins/allen/boone/ sean williams

    kristic/ magloire/ illic

That's probably what we've been looking at since DA came aboard. Too bad Illic won't take a buyout of his deal.

I think they are going to keep DA and Gill. At least until Marcus gets back. If Kidd or Armstrong get hurt or they need a day off the Nets will be left with 1 PG. There may be a slightly better option then Gill when all teams have made there cuts but none of them will know the Nets system like Gill and I think thats important to them.

there is no way gill is making the team, unless they say goodbye to malik allen to carry 4 point guards on the roster which thorn will definitly not do

Sorry, I just can't agree with you there. Gill has made quite a few mistakes in the preseason, and hasn't really played that good overall. He also doesn't bring anything new to this team from what we have. I'm surprised he hasn't already been cut.

For now, we have Kidd, Armstrong, and Vince until Marcus gets back. Maybe even Hite.
