WOW, GameSpot the site I trusted for years all of a sudden when PS3 came out, they have been bashing PS3,PS3 games, and SONY!!!, ratchet and clank perhaps the BEST PLATFORMER EVER just got a 7.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats seriously missed up!!!!! that game deserves a 9.6 or even more, I would say a 10!!!!!!!!!!! Take a look at the GameSpot forums people are rioting and R & C threads are getting locked ever second!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must agree, I'm very puzzled by this rating, especially seeing a 9.4 average from both Gamers and other reviewers...ah well, I don't listen to these fools anyway. I buy the game if I think I'll like it.

I still don't know wheter to get a PS3 I have the money and all but the weak game library makes me not buy it.ratchet and clank is a good series of games there fun to play and entertaining I think 7.5 is kind of harsh a 9 seems fair.</p>

The review on Gamespot says its pretty decent, but it lacks being original, in other words, nothing innovative in the gaming industry, stuff we have seen in Mario,Sonic, ect, but they also praise a few things the game has, like the many weapons, which is not biased, just looking at it from a non fanboy point of view, thats all, take it easy fella.</p> </p>

Who needs ratings? Just buy the game if you like and enjoy it. No one will make me buy a game because they said it's good. I have to like it myself. Give it my own ratings. </p>

Eh, I've never been a huge fan of Gamespot myself, but I wouldn't call them biased. They're just much harsher in terms of their ratings is all. Take example, Bioshock. The highest rated 360 game ever (at this point) and one of the highest rated games of all time, got only a 9.0. They're one of the few people that gave the game a sub-9.5. And quite frankly, I'd give the game at least a 9.7 or so for a rating, cause honestly, it is amazing. Plus, personally, I've always been a much bigger fan of IGN anyways. I go to them for pretty much any game info I'm in need of. But again, I wouldn't say Gamespot "sucks" or hates Sony.</p> But in all honesty here, if you look R&C up on Gamestats.com (which is an amazing site for those who don't use it), it's not the only one who didn't give it at least at 9.0, cause Gamespy only gave it 4/5. Watching is completely different than playing though. By watching, you get no sense of how the game controls. You get no sense of the difficulty of the game. No sense of the story, none of that. And if you look at the GS review, the two big things they knocked were that the game is easy as hell and that the story is piss poor.</p>
