I have a Dell Inspiron 1505e that I purchased back in April. It won't start up. It was working fine this morning before I left for work and when I came back and tried to turn it on again it wouldn't. I tried plugging it in and it wont work either. All it does is when you push the power button some little lights light up but then the computer shuts down all of a sudden. This is the first problem that I have had with it. I downloaded sopcast to watch the Nets games since I'm in Washington, DC and I'm thinking that might be the problem. If anyone has any suggestions or anything at all to help me out please let me know.

I have Sopcast and my laptop is fine. have the Alienware Area-51 M5550. Pretty good though
Maybe just letting it charge overnight. My old laptop used to do that. If you drained the battery then i had to charge it for at least 4 hours. Never figured out why though??

The problem is Windows... Get a Mac.
Anyway I had the same problem with my HP a couple years ago. It was the battery so all I had to do was get a new one.
