This isn't high school football, but I have to ask what kind of high school did you go to where they handed out orange slices at halftime and how long were the schoolbuses?</p> I guess I was raised differently, but I was taught that adults conducted themselves with class and dignity. I was also taught to be a good sport no matter which end of a win or loss I found myself. That means if your up by 30+ in the 4th quarter and it's 4th down, you kick the field goal.</p> I know we have a couple of Redskin fans though I don't see them post much, but I never have consulted anyone about what I decide to post about. What bugs me is that Joe Gibbs, a coach that I greatly respect, had his character slandered by a couple of media sock puppets and someone should stand up for him.</p>
Let me start by stating that I'm no Patriots lover. My old HIgh School coach would have said, "if you don't like it, DO somethin' about it"! And, he'd be right.</p> No matter which way you turn this thing, you still gotta beat 'em on the field. I'd be better if I could trade the shopping networks & the (coma inducing) Golf Channel for ESPNews & BBC America.
