Both have off the field "issues". I recently learned they were college teammates. Wow.

    Coincedence?

I bet the Morgantown, WV Police Dept has some stories.

Pac Man just gobbled up a year long suspension.

Henry got banned for 8 games.

I totally understand where you are coming from. But thats not the fair way the NFL wants to take. Although Pacman did bad things, he hasn't gotten in legal trouble yet. Tank on the other hand was convicted of a crime, and he is in jail. Sadly that should equal up to what Pacman got.

(Tank has had the cops at his house reportedly 30 times.) So he is no angel

I understand BJ's rationale and it would not surprise me if it were a full yr suspension. Though, he isn't in trouble as frequently as Pacman.

That being said, I can see Joey Porter getting a game or 2. Possibly 4 (though remote) depending on what the court decides.

I just hope that Pacman learns from this and straightens up. He could be a very good cornerback for years to come if he can get his head out of his @$$. We'll see what happens, I guess. I'm glad that Titans picked up Nick Harper though, because I'm sure he'll be the number one corner this season with Pacman gone.

I'm glad to see the tough sentence - I just hope the NFL is consistent in their punishment among players.

Tank Johnson should be suspended for a year according to the Pacman rationale.

PacMan couldn't stay out of trouble during football season. He has practice games meetings all kinds of stuff. Yet he still found time to go out 10 times and get in trouble.

What ya think Adam Jones will do when he has all the money and time in the world. All of a sudden now he is gonna straighten up? I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for Jones to be back in the NFL.

Pac Man's going to appeal. Not sure it will do any good, but you never know. Maybe he can weasel his way into an 8 game suspension or something.

I think Henry, Jones, and Johnson should sit the year. I will say if I ever get in trouble I'm calling Pac-man for advice because he seems to fine away out of everything.

We'll see what happens to the new conduct policy when Vick eventaully is charged with the dog fighting. It is pretty easy to be a tough guy when you not dealing with one of your A list stars.

I think money rules all in this case...Pacman was not charged with the Las Vegas incident when he was suspended, but it was the last straw for him. I think it might take a conviction to oust Vick for any time.

If the NFLPA was any kind of union they would be raising these questions.
