Just food for thought, here is a page, where the first pic is of Michael Vick holding a wuddle puppy. Interestingly enough, the second pic is of Shannon Sharpe with a dog. I'm not saying that Sharpe is guilty of anything. He may just like that breed of dog. It's just something to think about when dog advocates are saying that there is a dog fighting culture in the NFL. Is there something to it? However, I think the pic of Vick holding the puppy is particularly damning. How does Vick have such a profound interest in pit bulls and not know there is dog fighting at his house in Virginia? Actually, the pit bull breeding business, owned by Vick, in that very house is the most damaging evidence, but this doesn't help. http://www.sanderskennels.com/Presa_Male_Imports.htm

What are they now, $10 per beer?

From what I've seen, it appears that circumstantial evidence can go either way but he sure seems to have a lot of it against him. BTW, those dogs on that page look like they are on steroids. Muscles and veins all over their bodies. Yeah, they look like lap dogs to me, lol.

This guy says Vick is one of the really big players in dog fighting: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2884063 I can't say as though I'm surprised.
I saw this story on ESPN earlier today. This could get interesting. I wonder how much marketing/merchandise sales will affect the NFL's investigation and punishment if it gets that far.
The police have a search warrant now: http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/6857960 This is going to get interesting.
Vick's property is/was the center of a seven state dog fighting ring: http://www.ajc.com/sports/content/sports/f...6/0706vick.html I wonder how far this will go before the NFL steps in and slaps Vick down?
I could swear I heard on the news that the league and the Falcons organizations believe there is not enough to indict Vick. After searching Google news on this topic, I am inclined to think otherwise.
