No surprise here, we all saw this coming. Now, the question (still) is...are we going to get someone to replace him, and if so, who?

I honestly think Thron and crew are going to hold off and getting anyone, and most likely will get someone ONLY if we have an injury or two. I think they're trying to save as much money as possible, get some more money going into next season...save more money by possibly not re-signing Kristic..and possibly make a big move going into next season..

Like not picking up Wright's option, we'll hold off on further option to preseve the flexibility.

If all goes well this season, I think the perfect world would be to pick up a guy in January to fill a need to the team sees going towards the playoff run. If not, the big move may come during the season.

Smart move by Thorn, getting the team under the tax. I don't think there'll be an important signing, at least until 2008, just to save as much money as possible. If the team proves that there's enough talent to go deep in the playoffs, then we'll see a vet join the team (kinda like Juwan Howard to Dallas and Posey to Boston).
