Stupid pick. I can live without Brady Quinn if the Dolphins have another QB rated higher and can pick one up in the 2nd or 3rd round. But, to pick a WR? This makes me sick.

Defense or O Line. WR? Are you kidding me? Is Matt Millen picking for us too?

I was nowhere thrilled about Miami taking Quinn but taking Ginn is a disaster. After the Vikings took Peterson, I thought it was pretty much a lock. I would have been fine w/ anybody but Ginn & Branch (DT Michigan).

It wasn?t until about 11:30 minutes ago when the reporter in Pittsburgh was talking w/ Berman who said that Cameron visited Quinn in South Bend who said Brady can play and is comfortable in cold weather. That made me feel somewhat better but would have still been very skeptical. There was a rumored trade between Carolina and the A & O. I can only hope Quinn is still on the board when the Panthers pick.

I do love the fact that its a major curveball and throwing the idiots from ESPN into a hissy fit of epic proportions

I would have been thrilled w/ Okoye. Why not Revis? Staley? Patrick Willis?

The Dwo has just been disbanded and is now going to the store to get some paper bags unless beef is still out there lurking

i just feel really bad for miami fans.. This was the biggest reach for a WR.. want a WR why not trade up and get Johnson?

I've read that Ginn can't beat press coverage, so basically the Dolphins wasted a number 9 overall on a kick returner. I can't begin to express my disgust. I have read that the Dolphins might have another QB rated higher than Quinn. Any ideas who that might be? Still, it won't make up for taking Ginn.

That is Way too early for Ginn. I don't like that pick. I think you go Quinn or DEF

I've read that Kolb, Beck, & Edwards are rated fairly highly by CAm & Randy

Why do I have the feeling that this will rank up there w/ Wanny taking Fletcher over Brees.

Edwards to Ginn is not exactly Marino to Duper its not even Leaf to whoever

I'm not sold on Okoye, and I think he is too small, young, and needs a bit more experience before he hits the field. I would expect a #10 DL to have an imediate impact, and it just doesn't appear that will be the case. Staley would have been an awesome upgrade for the phins. Willis is fine, but maybe at a lower spot.

As for Beef, I think he went out with Beefsfan1, right?

I was & am still really frustrated. So much so that I waited til the Steelers picked to update one of my friends who is a hardcore Pburgh fan.

Then, I left to go see Fracture w/ Anthony Hopkins. Great movie FWIW. On the way to the theatre, I was listening to draft coverage. As they were discussing the Titans 1st round pick, it dawned on me that the phins passed on Bowe, Meachem, & even Jarrett. Gonzalez picked @ 32 will be a better WR in the pros.

Ginn had better play 60 plays a game, be the towel boy, sell hot dogs, wash Huezinga's car, etc... and even then he'll be a bust.

TG has as much upside as a elevator stuck in the Pentouse of the World's tallest building.

Okoye is only 19 & smart (obviously). He by no means is done growing or developing. Further, he can focus full time on football.

I agree with you, I just think that he is a couple three seasons from playing alongside the grown folks. I don't question his ceiling, I do question the number that he was drafted at in 2007.
