<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>After voicing his frustration this summer, Kirilenko returned to the Jazz and all but asked Sloan to change his ways after 20 years on the job. While he would accept Sloan's criticism, Kirilenko said he also wanted to hear praise when deserved. That hasn't been a problem so far. Deron Williams said at Thursday's pregame shootaround that while Sloan never would "baby anybody," he has noticed a change behind the scenes. "I think Coach has definitely lightened up a little bit," Williams said. "You could see it a little bit this year. He's asking us for a lot of feedback on practices and if we're tired, how we feel, you know, and that's something that he might have not done in the past."</div></p> Source: Salt Lake City Tribune</p>
LOL Sloan's soft is still twice as hard as most NBA coaches hard.</p> Totally respect him as a coach, he does it old skool and gets results. the inmates do not run the asylum in Utah.</p>
Ya know if AK is going to be a little baby he can just leave. i don't hear anybody else complaining in utah about sloan. AK is just a little baby. Sloan is one of the best coaches in the league if not the best. He is old school and that is the way he shoul dstay. If anybody has a problem with that on the team they should leave to. AK just is spoiled and doesn't ever perform on the court so has no right to say anything about Jerry Sloan. So he should just shut up and play some basketball and actually earn all of the money he is making.</p>
