Better to get these losses out of the way in the beginning of the season, no? I think we can all agree that the Nets won't be this terrible for the rest of the season and the few panicky Nets fans here just need to be patient (its an incredibly long season). That said, you can't take anything away from the Raps tonight. They played as close to a perfect game as I've ever seen.</p> Canada rulz.</p>
how is it looking more and more like the raptors are the better team?? it was the first game against eachother this season. after maybe the the first two months of the season and maybe when they've played another time is when you can say the raptors are better or the nets are better. the nets obviously didn't scout the raps properly since they were letting a lot of the bench guys get wide open shots as well as T.J. Ford definately stepped up tonight and looks like he's worked on his shot and that alone makes the raps a lot better since they now really have everyone being capable of hitting from the outside.</p>

lol, this thread is ridiculous (both sides of the debate).</p> I will say that for Raps fans, this win was incredibly satisfying. We've been written off as a fluke or a flash in the pan all summer long and, at the very least, this shows that we deserve recognition as a potential contender. Other than that, its too early in the season to say anything other than Bargnani is destined for greatness.</p>
