The packers are showing high intersts in Keyshawn... i think thiss is good, even tho he is clearly on the downfall of his career but could serve a thrid reciver behind driver and jennings and he is big and physical if we acruire him he will be welcomed and will be a HUGE redzone threat...thoughts?
I seriously doubt he'd be content to be a number 3, plus we just spent two draft picks on Wideouts, i seriously doubt this happens.

Personally, I'd be very happy if the Packers picked up Me-Shawn and Corey Dillon for one year deals. It would help Favre get one last run and still not mortgage the future.
I think this is a good move for the pack. The guy is a gamer, he would get open inside the 20 and leverage body size for critical possessions. The more different targets for Farve, the better I think.

Colbert was #3.. Keyshawn could play The #3 but you would have to play alot of 3 reciver sets for keyshawn to be happy
I could care one way or another. I really don't think Keyshaun is the difference between this team making the playoffs and this team not making the playoffs. If he can put his ego aside and take on the role of being more of a red zone target and a chain mover then I think it's a good signing. If not don't bother because Jennings and Driver are both better in my opinion, especially Donald Driver.

Keyshawn has had some character issues in the past but i think if we sign him he will be our #3 reciver and will move the chains and since we lack and big redzone threat he would be a good addition and he could teach the physical rookie James Jones a little somthin cause i think James Jones is alot like anquan boldin, big, tall, not so fast but fast enough and has great soft hands so the development of Jones is key.
I don't think he wants to come here though. Plus he wouldn't settle for anything less than being the #2 in my opinion. He started in New York, Tampa, Dallas, and Carolina. He'd want to start where ever he ends up next unless it's a Super Bowl caliber team. It seems he has his sights set on a Super Bowl team this year too. I think Green Bay can contend for a wild card. They did last year even though it took a 4 game run to really get into it but as far as Super Bowl goes that's really stretching it a bit. In fact just no it won't happen. I don't think the receivers are as bad off as people think. It's the Tight Ends and Running backs that have me worried. So that's why I'm not overly excited or worried about Keyshaun.
