Lions | Rogers accused of inappropriate conduct Mon, 11 Jun 2007 13:38:39 -0700 Ben Schmitt and Amber Hunt, of the Detroit Free Press, report Detroit Lions DT Shaun Rogers has been accused of groping a woman in her dressing room at a Detroit strip club Friday, June 8. The Detroit Police Department has requested an arrest warrant for Rogers for criminal sexual conduct, according to spokeswoman for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, Maria Miller. No charges have currently been issued. Rogers is the key to our defense... With him and Redding in the middle we have the potential to cause some havoc... Without him our whole defense is in trouble... It really is a chain reaction here... Last year, with Rogers we ranked 6th in rush defense... Without him our pass rush suffered and we couldn't stop the run to save our life... You would think that these guys would learn not to put themselves in these situations...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Murtyle)</div><div class='quotemain'>You would think that these guys would learn not to put themselves in these situations...</div> I too wonder what these guys are thinking. Do they think they are bulletproof? It seems like the time between the draft and Training camp that these incidents always take place. At least, it does for the phins. Now that McMichael now no longer wears the A & O. St Louis cops have their hands full w/ he & Leonard Little.
I don't think he thinks he is bullet proof... Allegedly, he also had a gun in his waste band as well... lol... Its been 2 weeks though I have to wonder if he is actually going to be charged at this point...
