Tank Johnson was waived by the bears today...... The guy pulled over going `5 over on a rural street and was possibly under the influence of something. If the blood test comes back that he had alcohgol or some kind of illegal substance in his body then he deserves what he got.

Makes sense to waive him. If this charge sticks, he could be looking at a year or more suspension by the NFL anyway.

he is already going to miss the first 8 games anyways.. Chicago i am sure can find a non law breaking football player to fill his worthless void

I heard this on the Dan Patrick show today.

DP's sub for posed an interesting question; Why doesn't Tennessee kick Pac-man to the curb?

The contract he signed as a rookie I bet. They would take a pretty bad cap hit if he was relreased. But does anyone know if he's getting paid this year?

BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills take Tank because of the Darwin Walker situation.

Pacman won't be waived because he isn't getting paid and its a full year suspension and the Titans want to see how he probably does without a year of football.

Pac-man has alot more flip side then tank does.. If pac-man gets his act together and straightens his life out then Tennessee has 1 hell of a football player.. Tank has been nothing special for Chicago so letting him go doesn't really matter he was just another body
