    What do you count as home grown. If a "foreign " player is at a club since the age of 16, what will he count as?</p>

    How can that be though? Like i say if a player gets signed by a club e.g 15yrs old from abroad and makes his debut at say 19, surely he should be classed as home grown.Example; The most overhyped player of the moment Fabregas must surely be classed as Arsenal homegrown. Ok they got him from Barca but his real developementand cost hasbeen Arsenal's money.</p>
