I like Stoudamire but a 25 year old with these many injury problems isn't comforting.
Good for him making captain though.

QUOTE (GArenas)

After continuesely reitirating his dislike for the Suns, why is Shawn Marion a team captain?

He doesn't dislike the Suns. He just thought it was time to move on. Wish he said it back when we tried to trade him to Boston or anywhereelsein the KG 3 way deal.

I also like Amare, but I notice Phoenix seems more efficient on offense when Diaw is in the starting lineup.

I think that Amare is a good captain. And as for Marion he was just upset because he loves Phoenix and doesn't want to leave but is being considered in all of these trades so he is just getting sick of it. But Amare will be a good Captain even if he is not healthy. a captain is not only on the court but off the court and in the locker room. And I think that he would be awesome in all three categories!!!
