QUOTE (jerkstore)

have to keep KG on the bench. Wright on Allen. Carter on Pierce. Nenad needs to ride the pine, he's just not ready.

We need big play from Boki, and Big Cat needs to rebound big (maybe get a tech).

I hope we have Eddie House's number...I guess his house number.. .

Also anyone else can step up: Boone (lol) Allen (maybe).

I hope we can create some mismatches with a small lineup, and yeah, Kidd need to torch from outside (14-20 points)

Right?..daz da biggest mismatch in NETS fav.

How bout these matchups...
Carter vs. Peirce, Jefferson vs. Allen, Wright vs. Posey, Boki vs. Scals.
Oooooh man this us gonna be an interesting game for the wing players.

I'm really hoping Krstic wakes up this game, at least 10 points 5 rbs. Although I think we'll see alot of Wright/Allen at the PF.
Doc may very well miss the game as well, so this could be a tougher one than it already should be. New Jersey is a hell of a team, and losing Doc and Posey is going to be big. Thibodeau did alright on Sunday, but I think at time he got caught up in the moment and almost forgot he needed to manage minutes and a rotation. This is going to be an unbelievable game.

QUOTE (Black Republican)

celts is a one man band team.If we force kg 2 get outta pain, they gon be in big trouble.

That's a little overboard don't you think?

Watched a couple Celts game. Their Big 3 is very dangerous, especially Allen if he gets hot, and he has been. Will be good to stick Wright or RJ on him.

Wasn't it Al Jefferson who exploded against us last year? Least we don't have to put up with that.

QUOTE (GM)

BOS will likely be without Doc Rivers who is attending his father's funeral the same day.

Advantage Celtics?
Mods, do we have an official policy on masking cursing? Just curious.

QUOTE (Universe)

Wasn't it Al Jefferson who exploded against us last year? Least we don't have to put up with that.

Yeah, now we have KG. Not a big dropoff, eh?

A healthy NETS can beat the Celts, as currently built, anyday.
Our frontcourt will be tested against KG. I'm guessing if Twin (with some help defense) can neutralize KG, it's in the favor of the NETS.
My real concern is J Kidd's legs right now. I hope he gets treated and well rested by tomorrow's game. I hope DA will have a game of his life while Kidd is out. Otherwise, we'll be using VC a lot as point, probably with Twan, RJ, and Boki ... still not bad.

I'm not worried at all. Tomorrow at 7:30 we are gonna let the Celtics know that the NETS still have the real Big Three and watch after the game as everyone hops on Barkley's d1ck for knowin whats good n pickin the Nets outta the East

Im so pumped rite now.We need 2 put collins on KG,so he can frustrate him a lil bit.Like he did in da past.

Advantage NETS
I wont be disappointed if the NETS lose but i will be if they dont come out with some energy

QUOTE (GMJigga)

If we we lose I'm still not worried. It'd be weird to start a season as an elite team for us.

Dude, it would be weird to BE an elite team, period.
Good weird, though. I'd take that weird.
