QUOTE

It’s early and no one is calling it a complaint, but Jamaal Magloire would like more time on the court. “I worked extremely hard in the summertime and throughout training camp. I’m sort of mind-boggled,” said the 6′-11″ Big Cat. He remains optimstic that he will figure bigger in the Nets’ big man rotation. Lawrence Frank says it’s “something that’s going to work itself out.” Meanwhile, Nenad Krstic says he is 80% and Josh Boone will be a game time decision.

One Confused Big Cat

Magloire needs to keep his mouth quiet. He hasn't been as good as advertised so the rotation is good until someone steps up and earns the playing time.

^^^Courtesy of NetsDaily.
I hate this type of behavior from a player. He should just shut up and play. If he wants to be included more in the rotation, he should play better...it's as simply as that.

Dear Magloire,
Stop turning the ball over when you post up on the block
Yours,
GMJ
xoxo

He came here to strut his stuff for a new contract. Not playing only solidifies the idea alot of people already had, in that the NBA game has passed him by, and i'm sure he is miffed by that. I have no doubt he wants to contribute to the team in a positive manner but this will weigh on him all season and there's gonna be alot of times his butt being planted on the bench is the best way to help us.

What's there to be confused about? Magloire plays for four minutes. Sucks. Malik Allen plays for two minutes. Sucks. Antoine Wright plays for 18 minutes. Nets win.

I think we need to give Magloire more time to get adjusted to the system. I'm not saying he'll be an all-star again eventually, but i think he can be a 7/10 player in25 minutes.

I do hope that Cat can have an effective game against KG and co., as I expect Frank to reward him with big minutes in the Celtics game..
