    I'm not crazy about this fine. I didn't see anything that indicated that LJ had planned that celebration. It looked like the guy, with the flag, just happen to be there and HE handed the flag to LJ. It looked like LJ just got caught up in the moment. I think a penalty should have been enough. Does anyone view this differently?</p>
