Kevin Katz Rips Dallas Fans

Last weeks disheartening loss to the Dallas Cowboys was bad enough. Our defense let us down. Our offense never got up. McNabb played terribly. The secondary had no clue. And so on and so forth. By the end of the second quarter the outcome was inevitable. In a nutshell, we looked awful, and the game marked the true beginning of the end.</p>

But the Nationally Televised embarrassment is not enough for some Cowboy's fans. One fan in particular had decided to take it to the next level and for no apparent reason, attack and berate me and my contribution to the Eagles nation, by adding immature comments to last week's blog entry, "6 Reasons Why The Eagles will beat the Cowboys"</p>

Let me preface this by saying, I'm not paid to write this blog. I have a full time job in a totally different industry. I take no offense to what he's saying because he doesn't know me, nor do I know him. I'll admit that I'm an optimist. Especially as it concerns my blog entries. The reason for this is because it's more fun to write that way.</p>

I know that the 6 reasons of why the Birds could beat the Cowboys posted last week was a fantasy. This is because i'm a fan... i have faith, and i need something to hold on to. I know the Cowboys are a better team. I know the Eagles are going to get worse before they get better. Outside of this Eagles' micro-cosm I'm a realist, but I still have a legience to the green and silver and I have to have some faith in order to watch the games every Sunday.</p>

So with all this said, please allow me to re-post the offensive comment left on this blog by a Cowboys fan from Glassboro, NJ (I have his IP address) The comment was removed by PennLive staff. He wasn't man enough to leave his email address.</p>

Because I'm sure he knew HE would catch heat.</div></p>
