Kept under wraps for most of the day, Lynch finished with 61yards rushing for Buffalo (5-4), which won four in a row for thefirst time since the 2004 season. Miami (0-9) is mired in a franchise-record 12-game losing streakwhich dates to last season. With the Dolphins leading, 10-2, Lynch powered his way over theleft tackle for the 3-yard score to cap a 10-play, 66-yard drivewith just under 10 minutes remaining. Lynch followed the same path and extended the ball over the goalline on the two-point conversion, tying the game at 10-10. Miami quarterback Cleo Lemon ran in from 5 yards out to cap an18-play, 80-yard drive which consumed most of the third quarter. The drive took 9 minutes, 45 seconds. Miami's Jay Feely kicked a 38-yard field goal after animpressive opening drive. Chatman burst through the middle ofthe line untouched en route to 23-yard gain from midfield. But the drive stalled, and Feely connected on his 14th fieldgoal of the season to give the Dolphins a 3-0 lead. The points were the first Miami had scored in the first quarterin its last three games. The Dolphins had been outscored, 31-0,over that span. Miami had a solid drive developing on its ensuing possession, but Chatman was stuffed for a two-yard loss on a 4th-and-1 atBuffalo's 34-yard line. Buffalo's defense put its team on the board after Chris Kelsaysacked Lemon in the end zone for a safety. "I am not sure I've ever seen a better run than that one," Billscoach Dick Jauron said of Lynch's battle to get in the end zoneon the conversion. "We aren't dominating teams, but we arefinding ways to win games." Miami (0-9) is mired in a franchise-record 12-game losing streakwhich dates to last season. "Everytime somebody gets a long run or a big pass, somethinggoes wrong," Dolphins defensive tackle Keith Traylor said. "Wecan't catch a break. It's just so frustrating right now. Youcan't put it in words." Still, the Dolphins, coming off a byeweek after playing the Giants in London, dominated in thestatistics and led until the fourth quarter. "It means a lot," quarterback J.P. Losman said of coming back."They (the Dolphins) showed up and as far as I'm concerned -they were good. They had good schemes, good players, goodeffort and they did an excellent job. For us to come back (wasbig)." With the Dolphins leading, 10-2, Lynch powered his way over theleft tackle for the 3-yard score to cap a 10-play, 66-yard drivewith just under 10 minutes remaining. Lynch followed the same path and extended the ball over the goalline on the two-point conversion, tying the game at 10-10. He injured his left ankle late in the game, and was limping inthe locker room. The Bills will know more about his status onMonday, but as he left for treatment without speaking to themedia, he said, "I'll be fine." Some Buffalo players said they got a bit of extra motivationafter hearing the Dolphins do some trash-talking both earlier inthe week and during the game. "We heard some things before the game that (were) hard tobelieve," said defensive lineman Chris Kelsay, who sackedquarterback Cleo Lemon for a safety for Buffalo's first points."They were counting their chickens before they were hatched, acting like they knew they were going to beat us. "One of their players said, 'How is it going to feel to get beatby an 0-8 team?' Stuff like that. I can't believe that an 0-8team would say that, but now they are an 0-9 team." Miami quarterback Cleo Lemon ran in from 5 yards out to cap an18-play, 80-yard drive which consumed most of the third quarter. The drive took 9 minutes, 45 seconds. "It's tough ... we had them on the ropes," Lemon said. "We weretaking it to them the entire game. Lemon's four rushing TDslead the league for quarterbacks.
