This team desperately needs his breakdown and passing ability to spark the half court offense, especially with Vince out now for at least another handful of games. I see his return and increasing PT for Sean Williams as the biggest keys in being able to stay afloat with the schedule that's immediately in front of the Nets.

Has anyone seen any recent mention of when Marcus is expected to debut?

The last update I read said he was ahead of schedule and about to be cleared for contact but that was about a week ago. I haven't heard anything since.

    Not sure.

It'll be great to see him back. His chemistry with bench players is great.

It'd be great to see him come in, hit some shots, make solid passes to Boki, Wright, and RJ, and throw some sick alleys to Sean.

Don't want to rush it... but it'd be nice to have them both back. Work Wright off the bench and have Marcus replace Darrell.
    Please!

Marcus is the best bench player that we have right now. Darrell is just horrible. I prefer have Eddie Gill over him.

How do you know that? Just by his preseason, summer league play? I think people are severly overrating Marcus. You people forget how he did regular season and post season last year? I'm not saying he's the worst bench player but saying he's the best...that's just....not true.

There was something in one of the beat writers' reports this morning (Dave D.?). Said Marcus is working hard now at rehab and conditioning; that he will NOT make trip west next week; and that he is on track to begin practicing with the team on November 28th.

Yuck. What happened to mid November? Guess that means he won't see game time until (early?) December.

Obviously Jarkid has eaten the last of the sunshine acid. What's that? You want me to throw the radio in the tub when S.H.E. - Ring Ring Ring peaks? Ok, I'll do it.
