    The two countries, which hosted the 2000 European Championship together, will face competition from England, whose bid was launched last month.</p>

    China, Australia, Mexico, Russia, Spain and the United States have also expressed an interest in being hosts.</p>

    Fifa president Sepp Blatter said: "It says everything about the popularity of football and the World Cup that we already have concrete proposals."</p>

    The winning bid for the 2018 tournament will be announced by Fifa in 2011.</p>

    My vote would go to them (if I had a vote lol). Two great small countries with rich history and Holland has produced so many football legeds, they alone deserve it.</p>
