Melo Could Start in All-Star Game

    Carmelo Anthony finished third in fan voting last season, but the top two finishers no longer are on the ballot at forward in the West. Kevin Garnett has moved from Minnesota to Boston of the East and San Antonio's Tim Duncan is listed for the first time at center.</p>

    Anthony last season played in his first All-Star Game. His goal is to start the Feb. 17 game in New Orleans.</p>
