Even without Carter, Armstrong, and Williams, the Nets performance over the past few games is completely unnacceptable. There is no way the nets should be playing this poorly with the personnel they have active.

I think Frank is just in way over his head with this squad, and our injuries are doing him no favors believe me. But i'm agreeing because of just how lifeless time and time again we see the Nets come out in 3rd quarters. He has said the same thing to them 4000 times and it clearly doesn't hav the impact it used to. Kidd couldn't look any less on his game tonight and i'm thinking it's starting to finally get to him and we all know quite well what kind of tantrums he can throw when he's unhappy. Our rotations are crap and we have no harmony with all the bigman shuffling we're doing. If we don;t get a win on this trip, as difficult of a task as that may be, I can't imagine Frank being the coach long after.

Who care about above-average? With average players we're not even playing like an average team. An average team wins as many as they lose, and doesn't think going down by 20 points is completely normal.

People aren't playing up to their potential, however you want to label that. I'm not saying that means everyone should be able to average 20/10, but this team is playing completely lost on both ends of the floor, and there are widespread turnover problems.
Even if you don't think these players can be better, anybody can keep from playing this bad.

The Nets are neither.

This team can contend with those guys once we get our injured players back and get everyone into a system that optimizes their performance, and changes the general attitude and culture around Nets basketball.

Lebron James has NO ONE on his team right now. not even 30% overrated larry hughes. His team doesn't look even close to this atrocious. gotta point the finger to the coach when u can't score 80 and are giving up 100. May not be lawrence frank's FAULT but sometimes change is needed.

Cmon, you know that.
It's Frank's fault for not improving the offensive sets to maximize the talent that he DOES has. it's also hi fault for being lazy and not cracking down on a rotation early on. We're 8 games in and we still don't have a rotation. he needs to learn more from an experienced coach like Adleman, who was available. I know you know that,

It's Collins' fault. He sucks. If he didn't play at all, the Nets would be better. Magloire and Malik Allen are WAY better than he is.

No, I have to admit, Collins played well yesterday. His defense on Boozer was sure as hell better then the rest of our big mens attempts

Big difference.
Those teams have better star players than the Nets, complimentary players that fit perfectly with those stars, and systems that everyone has played together for years.
Still, the Nets got farther than the Mavericks last season. That's why it's nice to play in the East. It's why Thorn refuses to give Kidd away for nothing.

Yesterday Magloire was MINUS 21 in FOURTEEN MINUTES. Collins was plus-one in ten minutes.
Remember my thought--expressed over and over--that Collins and Sean in the frontcourt with the starters would be a good combination? yesterday, the Kidd-RJ-Boki/Wright-Sean-Collins combowere +3 in roughly five and a half minutes.
Not picking on you, just using your post to segue.
