http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/basketba...magloire-1.html
I gotta say, this is good. The team has greater needs at the pg/sg dept. but adding another big would solidify that frontline. As much as I like Boone and have hope for Sean Williams, I don't want to rely on two very inexperienced guys for depth.

I dont know if I would trade RJ+others for JON, I feel RJ is the better player and we would be giving way too much up to get O'Neal even though he is a post player. I'd like to see how we do with Krstic, Magloire, Jefferson, Carter and Kidd before we go trading one of our key players.
I have no idea how Magliore is even going to fit in with the Nets. He is soooo slow and his All-Star season seems like decades ago. Hopefully it works for you guys though.

I think Magliore is a better fit for the Nets then Mikki was, we don't run like we use to. Kidd and Jefferson have been the only ones running for the past couple of years. Magliore could be the rebounding, shot-blocking big guy with a little scoring ability that the Nets have been looking for. I also think he'll compliment Krstic very well.
