I'm currently sitting in my college's library and have nothing to do, but listen to music, so I decided to venture towards realgm.com to play around with some trades.
Initially my intention was to somehow get rid of Lamar while getting Josh Smith and a big man into LA, then I started wanting to get rid of Sasha and Kwame, then I realized it was a pain to make the trade to Atlanta cause of Josh Smith's cheap salary, whereas Lamar's contract is quite large.
Then I started messing around and did this trade: Lamar Odom Sasha Vujacic Kwame Brown -for- Jason Kidd Sean Williams
I don't see a reason for New Jersey to do this, but it works in my favor haha...my main reason for doing this was just to see what everyone's opinion on this trade is. So please comment away. [Don't bash me please, there was no conscious effort put into the rationale of this trade for either side of the deal, merely boredom at its best]

Garbage garbage and garbage for one of the best PGs ever, and our best young talent?
Yes, it's a bad trade.

Steadily falling? He had his 2nd best season last year and is almost averging a triple douple this year (he averaged a triple double in last seasons playoffs). Kidd is like wine. He might have lost a half a step on defense but he still gets just about 2 steals per game too.

Throw in Vlad and Walton, and we'll thrown in RJ, Marcus, and Boonie...and we've got a deal!
Collins is untouchable though.

I thinks its a fair trade if you think that Wright, Krstic and Collins for Smith, Childress and Horford is a fair trade...

New Jersey Trade Breakdown

Change in Team Outlook: +21.7 ppg, +13.8 rpg, and +3.2 apg.

How about sending Odom back to Miami for Haslem and Ricky Davis?
The trade works salary cap wise. Ricky Davis is an expiring contract and Haslem would give us a defensive power forward who is physical and can hit from mid-range.
