Gill isn't the reason this team is mediocre. ALthough I may prefer him to Darryl Armstrong and his 700 turnovers.

Eddie Gill is fine, he plays very steadily. He is not turnover prone like Jason Kidd.

Eddie Gill is also the NO.1 pick of the NBDL... what a honorable thing for the Nets.

like i said, gill is unremarkable but doesn't hurt the team...against the cavs he shot a good percentage, made plays, grabbed a few rebs, hustled and had 0 turnovers in 20 mins. with him, marcus can ease back into his backup pg role and even play part-time sg...gill is good to keep as the 3rd string pg playing garbage minutes or one who will at least maintain a lead...i like DA too but he is 40 yrs old and would retire soon...we need to havecheap, reliablevetslike jacque vaughn who will be on the roster more than one year.

Yeah. I'd prefer him as the 3rd point guard as opposed to anyone else at this point. He's looking better than DA and Jacque.
