We might look better with Sean on the court, but playing him 40 minutes a game will only make us marginally better. I'd rather that Frank bench Williams when he makes a mistake - it'll keep him motivated to learn from them, and I think Sean's history shows, if nothing else, a need to be motivated.</p></div> </p> if you don't see simple ways to adjust this team, then we are totally beat. Starting Sean is a good idea. A little better than Malik. Maybe a coach who preaches matchups might be inclined to put a bruiser on a baby eater. I just don't buy what you're saying about not starting Sean. There is every reason to give oppertunity to a player with hunger, especially if he can help you in the post season. And especially if this player is Sean Williams.
