QUOTE

With rebounding now becoming one of the many issues that are troubling the Nets, it may be time to dust off Jamaal Magloire, who has received six straight DNPs. In 10 games, Magloire is averaging 4.3 rebounds in 13.6 minutes per game–that’s15.2 per 48 minutes, and grabbed 12 boards in the Nov. 8 win over Washington.

-netsdaily.com

Magloire can help rebounding woes
When Do Pitchers and Catchers Report?

Sometimes I wish the Nets brass would stay away from the Nets "blogsphere" (I'll define that as all fan media/communication/newswires), but its times like these I wish people would get a clue as to what everyone is demanding.

Why bother playing Maglorie? A team dosen't sign a guy they've been trying to get for a couple seasons so they can play him. Especially against a team like Detroit. The whole resaon we picked him up was to help keep the bench company. We're not concerned with winning. We're concerned losing enough games to get us in good draft position. I no longer feel like it's Frank's fault. Whoever signs his paychecks is at the very least complicit in this. This organization wants to middle. Keep salary low and get mid first round picks. The home court is a joke, and it's the management's fault, they've shot themselves in the foot as far as attendence goes. But that may be the new plan, create a tax shelter. Because in the end the Nets as a ball club has it's days numbered. Seriously, Frank isn't that bad a coach, but he is a secret handshake brother of the cloth, and management knows that he's their man. We are in lose now mode. And we are consistant.
