With the continued frustration of Nets Captain, Jason Kidd on their current season, trade rumors has once again surfaced. Along with L.A. and Cleaveland, Dallas is one of the teams mentioned the future Hall of Famer would end up in. The former co-rookie of the year started his career in Dallas. What do you think of this possible scenario?
What would the Nets want? Dallas might be banking too much on a win now situation b ecause theyd be forced to give up some young talent.

It would start with Devin Harris and Mavs don't wanna give him up easy and after that, it's really hard to match up contracts.

The Nets would want to get some young talent back (I'm assuming Josh Howard is out of the question) so Harris would likely be involved...Dampier for salary purposes I'm assuming. Who knows after that.

It would have to involve a 3rd team because Dallas won't part with Howard or Harris and the Mavs don't have any expiring contracts. Rod Thorn isn't going to give Kidd away.
If Dallas could package Jason Terry, Draft Pick, and Dampier I think they'd consider Jason Kidd.
After December 15th it's going to get very interesting.

Woah man....this is getting interesting. Dallas might want Kidd but they won't look to give up their most precious pieces. That would be a killer even with Kidd on the team.
