    1.) means you probably have another program using the file, and you have to close the other program for it to work correctly.</p>

    2.)Make sure the source from where you are trying to play the file is accesible, for example, if you have a external drive or usb portable drive, which means it needs to beplugged-in or turned on for it to work.</p>

    3.) Proxy setting only if you are streaming vids or music from the internet.</p>

    1 and 2 the most likely. Is the file from a Pen drive, MP3???</p>
