I just have a quick question. If I'm not mistaken, their first round pick this year was dealt to Minnesota in the Ricky Davis deal. Is that pick lottery protected, or protected in any way?

It's lottery protected. If Miami misses the playoffs this year, they keep the pick. If they make the playoffs, Minnesota gets it. If Miami ends up keeping it this year, it carries over to 2009, where it is top 10 protected. If Miami is still struggling next year and ends up with a top 10 pick, it is top 6 protected in 2010. Anything after that is unprotected.
