Cam Cameron should be fired. The NFL is designed so no team should be as bad as the Dolphins, or as good as the Patriots. The system is designed to keep everyone on somehwhat of an even keel, to not win a game someone is doing something wrong, and every know the blame goes to the Coach first.</p>

After some thought, it would not be a bad idea if one of the Colts or Vikings position coacheswere available.</p> After further thought, I can only hope that some team is nutty enough to givers Capers another HC gig. The man to replace him and tweak the D for the talent currently on the roster is IMO Ron Rivera. The schemes he learned & used in Philly and Chicago would be idealin S Florida.</p> As for Cam, There needs to be an OC. Cam can retain play calling duties but someone needs to be brought in for day to day oversight. Either Billick (if he gets fired) or Former Raiders & Huskers coach Bill Callahan would be fine with me.</p>
