Shareef Abdur Rahim is out for the season after the second surgery on his right knee in the past six months. That's the same knee the Nets raised questions about in the summer of 2005. Abdur Rahim is owed nearly $20 million by the Kings. He averaged 1.7 ppg and 1.7 rpg this season in limited minutes.
Nets may not have the best team in the NBA, but their orthopedists are EXCELLENT.

Haha just saw that. Wikipedia says:
"I don't feel I want to be a Net".[13] He felt the knee was a non-issue, claiming that he never missed a game in his entire career because of the knee injury. Two days later, it was announced that New Jersey decided to rescind the trade

We also saved Tractor Traylor's life that summer, so he could proceed to ruin it by committing tax offenses and laundering money.

The funniest part about all of this is that was the best year for the Nets since the finals run, even after all the crazy things that happened in the offseason.

I like your reasoning...that Stephon Marbury....good thing he's not here anymore!

This was major. I feel sorry for him a little but the Nets did make a counter offer. He kept saying he cared more about winning than money. That's why he turned down the Bucks offer. Now he's in a worse situation with the Kings. Artest and Bibby both free agents this summer. The Kings team will be looking very different.

QUOTE (GM3)

His agent was bitching about playing time too, feel sorry for him though.

Yea I read about that. The whole this is a player who has played with a broken jaw speech. Goodwin should just prepare his trade demands for next year because best believe he will not be getting playing time next year
