QUOTE

ESPN’s Marc Stein says Nets owner Bruce Ratner wants Jason Kidd to stay and is prepared to give him the extension he wants. Stein also says the Nets may be looking for “one big move” to get them back in contention. He discusses possibilities, including trades of Kidd, Richard Jefferson…evena returnby Keith Van Horn. But Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski thinks Kidd wants a trade more than an extension.

What's the point of Kidd's staying? Unless we're going to bring Garnett-type player. If not - it's time to face reality and start rebuilding.

Also, keep an eye out for ghoti buring effegies of Jason Kidd if he successfully gets an extension by acting this way.
