Fire the front office and blow up the roster, but keep Frank. The Nets can't get a better coach

How about Rick Carlisle? (I know, I probably spelled that wrong). Is he a better coach?

^(question for everyone, not just cpawfan)

I can only go by one of my friends who was a pacers fan when Rick was there. He is very similar to Frank in which he concentrates more on defense and the offense is not always effective.

I honestly prefer Frank just because of age and the way he handles the media.

What do you guys think as to having an ex-player as a head coach as opposed to someone...like Frank?

Players have in game experience and it's good for coaching.

The best man for the job was sitting on the opposing team's bench on Sunday.

You said it. Having Eddie as the head coach and Frank and Hill as assistants would be pretty ideal.

Please list the options then. If you say Brian Hill, then you are sadly mistaken.

And if Rick were coach, we would basically be the same team.

And if Mark Jackson, then what are you smoking? He is a man with no coaching experience.

Coaching is overrated. If Mitchell is such a great coach, why did his team suck for two years?

What about Sam Mitchell? He won coach of the year because the Raptors front office put together a damn good team. He is still, on his best days, an average coach.

Vince Carter - It takes that long to recover from having him on a team

Definitely...more about the brilliance of BC than Sam. I'm sure Raptors fans could vouche for that.

Im just saying he in my opinion is a better coach then Frank because he takes no shit, he's not afraid to tell his players if their playin bad unlike Frank who scared to even look at are players....

and Sam seems to have set a pretty fun atmosphere with that team, he himself acts like he is a player on the team fromoccasion...

that's why having Jackson wouldnt be a bad idea because he can relate to the players and also our vetren crew can help him along if need be.

Mitchell is not a better coach than Frank and why do you think Frank won't tell his players that they are playing bad? Is that because he won't call them out in the media?

Speaking of Mitchell, anybody remember the story from a couple of years ago of him wanting to wrestle one of his players in the locker room?

It's just my opinion man... but I would also like to say that Franks ingame managing is annoying as fuck, how can u tell ur team what to do while playing, it's so retarded that's what practices are for, just let them play ball man.

LOL at him wrestling Vince that was hilarious when I heard about that VC prolly popped him one.

The first part that you quoted was sarcasm

The second part is the point. Until Colangelo took over the Raptors front office, the Raptors were a fundamentally flawed team. He greatly improved the roster and suddenly Mitchell wins COY. Just like Jason Kidd and Chris Paul make Byron Scott look like a better coach than he really is.
