DENVER (Ticker) -- Two of the NBA's hottest teams face off onWednesday when the Denver Nuggets host the New Orleans Hornets.

The Nuggets have won five of their last six games and picked uptheir second straight win on Saturday with a 101-97 victory overthe Sacramento Kings.


Allen Iverson continued his offensive assault against the Kings,scoring 23 points and collecting 10 assists for his secondstraight double-double.


Iverson scored 35 points and added 12 assists during theNuggets' previous game against the Dallas Mavericks afterscoring a season-high 51 points in a loss against the LosAngeles Lakers last Wednesday.


The Hornets also have won five of their last six games and enterWednesday's contest seeking their third straight win afterlogging a pair of narrow victories over the Memphis Grizzliesand Seattle SuperSonics.


Chris Paul scored a career-high 43 points to lift New Orleans toa 118-116 overtime win against the Grizzlies before registering29 points and 10 assists en route to a 91-88 triumph over theSonics on Sunday.
