The Heat shoot for their first three-game winning streak of theseason Thursday when they host the Washington Wizards. Miami opened its season with five straight losses and won justfour games in the first month of the campaign. After dropping their first four games of December, the Heatresponded by winning each of their last two games - their firstwinning streak of the season. Wade scored 31 points and added six assists Monday to lead theHeat to a 117-113 victory over the Phoenix Suns. After missing the first seven games of the season whilerecovering from offseason shoulder and knee surgery, Wade hasscored over 30 points in the last three games and is averaging ateam-high 22.7 points and 6.4 assists this season. The Wizards also have won their last two games - including a102-88 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday. Caron Butler scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for histhird double-double of the season.
