then say goodbye to Sean Williams

Yes. The question, of course, is whether Rod wants to try to win a championship within the next two years. Sean won't help them do that.

I disagree. I think Sean could absolutely be a contributor on a championship contender this year, though not a starter.

I'm in this camp- I think he's one of the most important pieces on a solid Nets playoff team.

Haha. They've been desperate to get rid of Collins since 2005.

Last year even Frank looked like he wanted to throttle him.

    He's hard to trade.

Buuuuuut... he was a major factor in winning a playoff series last season, so he has some value to a good team (and ONLY a good team).

collins can contribute to a team as the Nets are currently configured. Trade Kidd, and that might change.

It's not like I said some good team is looking to trade for Collins.

He has some value to a good team if he is included in a trade. A lot of trades need him to make things work.

Brad Miller is a guy I think would work well with the Nets. He can shoot, rebound and is a very good passer.

Magloire, Collins, and a couple of first round picks for Miller.

    Kidd - M.Williams - Armstrong
    Carter - Wright
    Jefferson - Nachbar
    S.Williams - Boone - Allen
    Miller - Krstic

I said he's hard to trade.

And it's not a matter of who will "take" him. If you want to trade with the Nets, you almost always need to include him.

He's also just as injury-prone as Krstic as Boone. I'm a bit iffy on trading for Miller.
