Something I noticed last night for the first time from Andrew Bynum was a new level of confidence. Remember when the Lakers first drafted him, he looked like scared kid, soft spoken, hands in his pockets, hunched over, and self-concious.
Up until last night I noticed he would hunch his shoulders after a mistake or missed shot and get down about himself. However, last night I noticed some swagger coming from Bynum. He shot an airball from close up and instead of hunching his shoulders he sprinted down the court to play defense and made a defensive stop.
Bynum had a bounce in his step last night and his aggressive nature is starting to come out. Those dunks last night in traffic had some UMPH in them. He wanted to send a message to the Spurs frontcourt by ripping the ball through the rim. He was also very active on the offensive glass and did a much better job of trapping out on the perimeter.
Bynum looked very fluid and confident last night instead of flat footed stiff.
I know his night was cut short by a b.s. ejection, but I think Bynum just turned the corner on his career.
His energy seemed to ruboff on the rest of his teammates with Odom and Radman attacking hard to the rim.

Word. Bynum has been great this season, hopefully he can continue this type of play throughout the season
