Night Life Concerns Rivers

Doc Rivers said Toronto is becoming a very attractive place because of its night life and he's "starting to become concerned" about his players being drawn to it.

When asked what the three NBA cities he was most concerned about bringing his team to the night before a game, Rivers said: "Miami, Miami, and Miami. Probably, Miami, L.A., and Atlanta. I always thought we had a home-court advantage when I played for the Hawks. Of course, no one came." -- Boston Globe

[*]"It's becoming like South Beach with the restaurants and the bars," said Rivers. "I'm starting to get concerned when I come to Toronto. It's South Beach in snow. This is a terrific city. ... It's a beautiful city and (has) great restaurants. So for 1 o'clock games, the home team is usually at home (the night before). The visiting team is usually at the restaurants. Let's hope at the restaurants. I don't say anything (as a warning). I just (expletive) with them later." -- Boston Herald
