<h3>Koivu, Canadiens go for third straight win</h3>

MONTREAL (Ticker) - Captain Saku Koivu will look to lead theMontreal Canadiens to their third consecutive victory when theyhost the Florida Panthers on Tuesday.


The Canadiens are coming off back-to-back 4-1 victories over theToronto Maple Leafs and the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday andSaturday, respectively.


Koivu had his first multi-goal performance since October 3,notching two tallies Saturday against the rival Maple Leafs.The Finnish center has seven goals and 24 points this season.

The 33-year-old Koivu has registered eight goals and 21 assistsin 31 career games against the Panthers.


Florida has won three straight over Montreal and has not lost tothem in regulation since March 2, 2006. In their last meetingon October 16, Nathan Horton scored with just 11 secondsremaining in the third period to tie the game and Josef Stumpeltallied the decisive goal in the shootout as the Panthers posteda 2-1 triumph.


Olli Jokinen, who has points in seven of his previous eightcontests, continues to be the cornerstone of the Floridaoffense. The 29-year-old Finn has 17 goals and 16 assists thisseason.
