Oh god, i really hope VC isn't doing itto US now, the same way he did a few years ago. What do you guys think?

That would be pure speculation, so I'll respondwith something we know as fact: Carter has had recurring ankle problems this season. He was allegedly a "game-time decision" tonight. Remember RJ's performance last season? Also remember has been one of the most durable All-Star-type players in the league since joining the Nets a few years ago. I'll reserve judgment on this one.

He's clearly injured and has no business playing right now. He has zero quickness/explosion and it's severely limiting his offensive options and ability to defend. I say shut him down and give the ankle the proper time to heal, whether it's 2 weeks or 6 weeks.

Sounds like bullsh!t to me. I've played with a hurt ankle before...didn't really slow me down much.

It's hard for Frank to shut him down for number (and it's ankle - big number) of games because it oficially means - NO PLAYOFF.
But I agree, Vince must play only if healthy.

As in your "hurt" ankle and its impact on your pickup games at the local city park have any relevance to what an injured ankle means to an elite player in the NBA who faces some of the best, most skilled athletes in the world?
