According to the Charlotte Observer:
Is Jason Richardson that good? They're paying more than $12 million a season to a guy who is averaging 16 points while shooting 40 percent from the field and 60 percent from the foul line. He has not performed like the offensive difference-maker he was billed to be. His salary approaches that of Atlanta's Joe Johnson, and he's not Joe Johnson.
What a trade by Mully. Thanks. Oh, and Brandon Wright is going to be pretty good, Matrix-good.

It must be tough to share a team with Gerald Wallace. JRich and Wallace on the same team makes me confused as to what role they each have. On any team you want setup guys and so far it seems like the only setup guy would be Raymond Felton and then maybe some small time contributor playing backup positions. I suppose Jrich could run setup plays through the post or feeds inside, but what do you do with Gerald Wallace and his limited shot range and what do you do with Emeka Okafor and the other role players. It doesn't seem like there's many ballhandlers to make the most of that athleticism on that team. Just think of the Warriors when there was no Stephen Jackson and Monta Ellis wasn't reliable in the beginning of the season. It was just stagnant offense and guys who were normally good weren't performing up to par. It could be that case with Richardson. If Jordan believed Jrich was this franchise savior, boy he got robbed. The trade was good in the standpoint that Brandan Wright has a lot of good upside. Sure he's skinny, a really bad free thrower, but he's got an incredibly advanced post game, really long arms, good hands, he's got major hops and lateral quickness, and he's a shotblocker and rebounder. That potential impact at power forward could be worth two Jrich's because talented big men are that hard to find. If we don't land a big man, there's no holding us down when it comes time to answer teams that know how to use size to their advantage. As an added bonus, Brandan Wright is supposed to have a really nice passing game. People have said the guy's upside was a cross between Chris Bosh (shotblocking, rebounding, quickness, athleticism) and Shareef Abdur Rahim (rebounding, inside footwork, passing)
My first impression is two thumbs up! Way up!!! It looks really clean and easier to navigate. It has something of the old (JBB) and much more of the new stuff . JRich is more than what the writer wrote, but he still needs to improve his free throw shooting and defense. The Bobs are losing, so they're looking for a scapegoat.

Jrich is too expensive, I've always said that about 2 guards. Unless he's Wayde/Kobe, it doesn't make sense to pay for one. Just look at Azubuike, enough said. I love JRich, and his salary was right for the Warriors at the time. We were searching for consistency and character, he took us to the next level and I will always pull for him for that, but for a team looking to get to the next level, he's just too expensive. And the site improvements are awesome
