Bisping-McCarthy Set for March in London

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Michael Bisping (Pictures) recently announced his intention to drop to the middleweight division.

"The Ultimate Fighter 3" winner's first opponent will be fellow TUF alumnus Charles McCarthy (Pictures). Sources close to American Top Team confirmed to Sherdog.com that the fight will take place in London, England on March 8.

Bisping (15-1-0) will look to get back on track after suffering his first professional loss in 16 fights. The 28-year-old Bisping dropped a split-decision to Rashad Evans (Pictures) at UFC 78 in November.

McCarthy (10-4-0), a 27-year-old grappler based out of Florida's American Top Team, will return to the Octagon for the first time since submitting Gideon Ray (Pictures) in November, 2006.</div>

Charles isn't a can... but why not put Bisping against Loiseau, the guy that crushed McCarthy's sternum with a spinning back kick?

Seems like the UFC is trying to set up an easy one for The Count at middleweight.

Loiseau could be next for Bisping.

Is Louiseau back with the UFC?
    I missed that news.

How about Evan Tanner vs Bisping.. Methinks Bisping wouldn't enjoy those elbows too much.

Tanner is pretty screwed up right now, I think we have seen the last of him the UFC.

Dave Terrell, on the other hand, we should be seeing again soon.

And no, The Crow isn't with UFC. It just seems like a better test for Bisping than McCarthy since Loiseau beat him.

I actually liked Bisping during his debut at TUF. Now I think he's a punk. His attitude totally shifted after winning the show.

I hope he drops to middleweight. He'll get owned even more.
