"That's really more a question for them than it is for us," said Fleisher, who also represents two Jazz high-profile starters, small forward Andrei Kirilenko and injured center Mehmet Okur. "Giri reiterated (Wednesday) night that he likes his team, he likes his teammates, he is very happy living in Salt Lake City. "He sees a role for himself on the team, but he is frustrated and has had a difficult time understanding what Jerry wants from him," Fleisher added. "And this is not a new problem. It's gone on for a while. But he's adamant he did nothing wrong, and nothing to provoke this." -- Deseret Morning News It's looking like the Jazz have pretty much four options when it comes to dealing with the Gordan Giricek situation. They could buy out his contract, trade him now, deactivate him and trade him later or try to ride things out the rest of the season. Buying out his contract might be the best option out of a not-so-great bunch. Jazz owner sure does a lot of radio interviews, every time I hear something about the Jazz he always goes on radio to talk about it. Giricek is a good player IDK why he got in the doghouse but any team could use him.
Giricek is definitely on the way out, the owner also called out Memo and hes been playing like sh*t. Jazz will definitely be active on the trade market that already looks pretty busy. They should try to get in on a 3 way with one of the coveted PGs on the block (Bibby, Andre Miller, Jason Williams, etc.) in which they move one of their expendable pieces and get a shotblocking C or a more consistent SG who can actually shoot.

Giricek is one of those shoot first/minimal Defense types which Sloan can't deal with. Also, Morris Almond (07 1st rd pick) is doing well in the D league. Jazz always talk alot but rarely back it up when it comes to trades.
